Japanese cuisine recipe3

Today’s Japanese cuisine is "BC roll".
Actually "BC roll" is not Japanese traditional style sushi.
But taste is so nice,and looks beauriful!
Ingredient
・Sushi race : See the link below
Tip:You should choose Japanese ,China or Korea rice.
Because those kind of rice has stickiness.
It's really fit for sushi rice.
・Seaweed sheet
・Sesame seed
・Your favorite Ingredient
Recipe
1.Put seaweed sheet on "Makisu".See the photo below.
2.Spread sushi rice on seaweed sheet evenly.
3.Sprinkle sesame seed on the rice,put rap sheet on the rice.4.Turn it over and put ingredient on the seaweed sheet.5.Roll it from the edge. Once or twice, grab the roll tightly,ajast the shape.
Today I used Tomato, Flesh basil, Mozzarella Cheese.
I think using uncured ham or smoked salmon instead of seaweed sheet
also makes good combination.
